Reason Why I'm Looking for a New Home (Season 4 and so on)

After a long time in my current guild, our officer team decided to step down after Season 3 is officially over, mostly due to people (mainly officers) not enjoying the game, so the guild has stopped raiding.
So I am basically now looking for a new home for Season 4 and especially for The War Within, that we can achieve CE and more with. I can raid 2 weekdays (3 for the right squad), starting at 20.00-20.30 Server Time preferably, and looking mainly for a WR600 or higher team (can be lower for the right team).

That being said, I have been playing the game since Vanilla with no stops, except once at the end of Legion (iRL duties I had to be away) and once at around WoTLK Ulduar period and once at start of MOP (exams back then). Ever since, I have raided in any type of raid setting and skill level in two different accounts (From Top WR50 TBC/WOTLK raiding to Semi-Hardcore with friends, to recently enjoying building up the guild I'm currently on, and reaching multiple CEs continuously for the past few tiers) [I only lack Amirdrassil CE due to us wanting to do tactical changes so we can reach out for a CE run, but I got 13% exp on both Tindral and Fyrakk].
I have been raid leading extensively (and co-leading for a bit), and have experienced every role this game has had to offer for a raiding squad or guild (from raiding and leading, to media and to socializing domains).

- Vanilla - Cleared
- TBC - Cleared (WR 50 raiding level)
- WOTLK - Cleared (including Ulduar HM and LK HC)
- Cataclysm - Cleared
- MoP - Mainly some of ToT and SoO (on a new server)
- WoD - Cleared (CE in HFC)
- Legion - Cleared up to NH (before Elissande) and a bit of TOS (irl duties started) // (CE in EN)
- BFA - Cleared all except CoS Mythic (CE in Ny'alotha + Jaina a couple weeks later)
- SL - Cleared all except BLG and Sire (CE in SoD and SoTFO)
- DF - Cleared all (CE in VoTI, Aberrus) - Only missed both Tindral+Fyrakk by 13%

from anywhere from WR50-1.250 so I have experience in any type of
team.

High-skill tier teamplay, always aiming to achieve the goals

Lots of healiing (can OS DPS and eventually also OS Tank in
TWW)

What I Look For

A new place I can call home. I want a team that is active and
wants to do activities together even outside raids (or even WoW
eventually). I am a person that likes to invest a lot on a good
place, so I look for a likewise experience.
A CE environment that is always evolving constantly while
maintaining a healthy and fun format. Enjoying the game is
certainly important to me, and so should it be for a team that does
CE at a decent level, focusing when its needed but having fun in
and out of the game.
Preferably a team that raids 2 weekdays (3 for the right
enviroment), starting from 20.00 ST and further.
Mainly looking for a healthy WR team that always wants to
evolve/improve, so anything from WR 600 and higher would be
identical. (Can go lower for the right community/team)
A team that wants to reclear the raid and do even more stuff
eventually. (From M+ to achievements and more)
