I'm that guy who only opens his mouth doing a progression
encounter, if I know that what I'm about to say is important for
the entire raid. Otherwise I'm making sure that the right
information in giving to the right people through other means like
whisper, etc.
I'm that type of raider that shows up 15min before the raid starts having researched what I'm about to do in order to be as effective as possible. Simultaneously I have an understanding that sometimes the boss just takes 200+ pull to kill, and there is nothing to do about it.
I'm that raider who, when the time is right, loves to joke around and have fun, as I believe that if everything gets too serious it is not going to work out in the end. However I have an clear understand of when to do that, and when to go into a serious progression mode
I'm that type of raider that hates seeing the same people make the same mistakes over and over again, but I'm not that type of raider that call him/her out public, I whisper the person directly with tips or tricks to how I think improvement could be made in order for us to kill the boss we are progression on.
I'm a raider that understands my role, and I can take a few hard words from my Raidleader without running to a corner and crying.
I'm a raider that admits when I've made a mistake, cause we all make mistakes, and I'm always prepared to improve upon them, either by help from others, or by my own research.
I'm that raider who understands that sometimes what is best for the guild doesn't align with what is best for you as an individual. In the end I understand that what is best for the guild is always what matters in the end.
