I am a returning player. I have not played World of Warcraft
seriously since the Cataclysm expansion. I raided semi-seriously in
Wrath of Lich King and Cataclysm. I say "semi-seriously" because I
kind of fell into raiding during both expansions. I joined serious
raiding guilds as the friend of an officer with no intentions on
raiding, but eventually got sucked into the raiding ranks after
filling in for absences or helping the serious raiders with
regularly completing the hardest dungeon content.
This time, I am ready to raid, though. I have recently found myself thinking about my old raid days and the relationships I used to have. Raiding two or three nights a week seems like it is what I am looking for, so I would like to make a serious attempt to get back into the raiding scene as a raid and dungeon healer.
I am looking for a guild that is willing to take in a returning player, like me. I enjoy all forms of content, even PvP, and I want to jump right back in. It will take me a little bit of time to regain my bearings, but once I get used to the swing of things, I tend to be highly involved in the games I play.
