I'm in the market for a new guild. My upcoming schedule will no
longer allow me to raid with the guild I am raiding with. My
current prog is 10/11h on my Holy Priest as the raid leader for the
guild. I am looking to make the switch to holy paladin and resign
my Priest from activity.

I was mostly casual throughout BFA due to growing a family. But I was able to achieve:

My availability is as follows.
No Tuesdays.
Any other day from 8pm CST - 1am CST.
