“Enthusiasm” Guild

About Enthusiasm:

Enthusiasm is a 10man raiding guild for the moment. Two people with good knowledge of the game moved from Ravencrest and to Al'Akir to form a guild after a good stay in another guild. This guild was formed to raid at a high level and to try be the one of the top guilds on Al'Akir. At the moment we have just established and are trying to form a good core team.



What can Enthusiasm offer you?

We will give you the chance to be able to raid in a 10man environment. We are a great guild that raid as mature people, though we have fun and joke both on vent and in the guild chat. Apart from our four raiding days, we do everything, dungeons, old content, bgs, etc.

So we can offer you a great community with great people.


What we are looking for/requirements to apply:

We are always looking for decent players with good experience.
Though, exceptional players are always welcome if we feel we need to switch out someone to get progress faster.

In the future we are looking for people that can fill all of these requirements, though for now you only need to fullfill a high majority of them, as of our new establishment and that we're looking for new players.

- Exclusive experience and good intelligence
- Good game knowledge, understanding game/raiding mechanics and itemization.
- Willingness to learn, improve and to constantly push your limits.
- Open to constructive criticism.
- Activity: Must be able to attend our 3 main raiding days: Wed, Thu, Mon. Being online the other 4 days is optional, but recommended if you want to attend off schedule raids (alt runs, old content, etc.).
- Being able to meet our raiding times: [Monday-Thursday 18.30-23.00] server time. Though, in some cases, on progression you need to be able to stay a bit longer.
- Connection: Stable connection and PC, people who frequently disconnect need not apply.
- Dedicate yourself for this guild, and this guild only. There is no joining just to get gear and then join another guild. You have to truly become this guild.
- Intressted in not only raiding, but doing everything with all of the guild members. Like for instance, old content, bgs, social conversations, etc.
- We are always providing our raiders with food and repairs. Though you need to have a stable economy and get your own flasks and pots as of now.
- Extremely flexible in the raids, manage to playing diffrent specs, etc. Be able to spec for the fight, and have knowledge of the encounter before the raid.
- DBM is definitely required, Omen for tanks and DPS.
- Ventrilo: You need to have Ventrilo, and speakers to always listen. Microphone is a plus and definitely preffered.
- Able to read/write/speak English at a high level.
- Take harsh critiscism, and have a nice personality.
- Enchants/Gems: All gear has to be enchanted with the highest level enchants. Items with sockets should be fully socketed with highest quality gems. Putting efforts into have the best possible gear and enchants/gems to maximize performance should be something YOU want to do, not something you have to be told to do.
- Dedication: Be able to maximize your class and spec to its highest effectivnes. And be prepared for all encounters.



What we don't want:

If any of the following describes you, save yourself and us the time/trouble and look somewhere else. You will be removed from the guild if it turns out it applies to you, so be honest in your application.

- People with unstable/laggy/flaky connection/PC.
- People who can't take criticism. If you're a source of "emo" and get quickly - - - frustrated, look somewhere else as this will not be tolerated.
- Unstable RL conditions/uncertain future that might conflict with raiding schedule.
- Joining for loot rather than accomplishments.
- People who are unwilling to learn and improve.
