“Misanthropy” Guild

<About Misanthropy>
We started out as a 10man raiding guild on Bronze Dragonflight horde, however, due to issues with a severe lack of talented recruits on there we ended up having to disband. Several of our members have been playing together for up to 3 years in different places but the one thing we all agree on, Misanthropy is the one place we feel at home, so we're back!

<Progress>
As a guild we did 7/13 hardmodes in T11 content, with some of our members moving to other guilds after we disbanded, some of us went on to 13/13 and 3/7 heroic Firelands or greater and some took a break from the raiding scene.

We did 4/7 heroic Firelands as a guild pre nerf, which is quite an accomplishment considering we only reformed the guild a few weeks before the nerf. Currently we are 6/7 and working to kill Ragnaros heroic!

<Raid Times>
We will raid Wed, Thurs, Sun and Mon 20:30 - 23:30 server time, invites will start at 20:15.

<Goals>
Our goal is to progress at our own pace and have fun while doing so, I can safely say we will aim for 6/7 heroic Firelands and Glory of the Firelands Raider once we get started. We are currently setting up everything and recruiting a few key players that we need to get started as a guild in Firelands!

<What we expect from our players>
Attendance: 75% (3/4 raids per week)

Quality: That you are a good player who is also always striving to improve. No player is perfect we know that, but a mediocre player with a willingness to learn will outweigh a good player who thinks they know everything already.

Public Image: We do NOT want people who will sit in trade and troll people or people who make level 1 alts on the realm forums, we want people who are mature but can also have a laugh with us.

Raids: We expect every members to come fully prepared for raids, that includes food, flasks and knowledge of the encounter's that we will be facing. We expect raids to have your full attention, if you have to afk every 5minutes or your cat will catch on fire every other night, please do not apply. Having a mic and being willing to use it is a big plus, however we do not want clutter on vent, we want you to listen when the raidleader is speaking.

Criticism: You must be prepared to take constructive criticism or advice.
