“Apex” Guild

Apex are a newly formed guild on Azjol-Nerub (EU). We are a raiding guild with the philosophy that we can defeat end-game content while raiding only 2-3 nights a week.

To do this, we are looking for experienced and skilled players who want to commit to raiding with us, but without having to commit to a schedule that feels like a second job. The core of Apex is made up of ex-hardcore raiders who no longer want to commit to the 5+ raids a week that we used to.

We are currently focusing on Nighthold and also want to clear ToV heroic. When we have the required member base, we will also raid mythic content. Outside of raiding we aim to promote a good guild community, running Mythic+ dungeons, alt raids etc.

Raid times are 9pm-11pm on Sunday and Tuesday. We may add a third night in the future if there is a demand for it.

We are looking for the following:

• Active players - Attendance is expected to be 80%+ (95%+ for trialists). We understand that everyone has things to do outside of WoW and have no problem with someone letting us know in advance that they cannot make a raid on a particular night. 48 hours notice would be appreciated and we do try to be as flexible and fair as we can. However not notifying anyone and not turning up (unless special circumstances) means that the rest of the raid team have their time wasted, which is not fair on anyone.
• Previous raid experience. High ilvl gear isn't an issue as we will gear up members, however we do prefer at least EN heroic raid ready (850+).
• Good knowledge of class and spec. Being able to play an offspec is a bonus.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Come prepared to raids having studied the fights and with flasks, food, pots, enchants etc.
