“Prime” Guild

PRIME

Prime is a serious and devoted guild. Although we raid merely 3 days a week, those 3 days count.
Every player in prime is proud to be a member and wear the tabard. This is due to the fact that he knows the raider next to him has the same dedication and devotion to perform up to the maximum capabilities of his class and task at hand.

We’re also a mature guild. This means we vow to uphold our “family’s” name in good honor, and behave accordingly in, and outside of the guild barriers. Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards anyone in our outside of the guild is not accepted, and not allowed.

Guildspirit is the very foundation of Prime. In these loot driven, guild hopping days loyalty is important, and thus is something we hold dearly. A good example of this is something that occurs at times. An item drops, but it’s a better upgrade for Player 2. Even though player 1 has more DKP he passes it to Player 2. When I asked the member in /w why he passed the item “Because that way the guild benefits more”.

And that’s exactly the whole idea of a guild. Conquer raids as a group, for success and pride, not to fuel individuals and ego’s.

Raid Days
The prime official raiddays are:
Wednesday - Sunday - Monday
On these days you are expected to log in at 18:30, be repaired, prepared ( Flask, Food, Reagents ) and ready for the invite.
Also you are to be able to raid from 19:00 untill 23:00.

Blaming, Flaming and Complaining does not fit within the Prime philosophy of constructive comments and guildspirit, and thus will get you removed from the raid, demoted, and guildkicked.
Although we are not a hardcore guild, we do tend to act like one while raiding. You are expected to know each bossfight, and all of the abilities that may concern you in order to minimise time spend on tactics.

Recruitment
What we are looking for:
- Mature players. Age 20+ preferred. Must have a fitting additude in raid and a sense of teamspirit.
- Highly skilled Healers.
- Active, capable and willing to raid each wednesday, sunday and monday from 19:00 till 23:00
