Who are Mist?
Mist is a 3 day, 10 man raiding guild formed back in 2006 on the Horde faction of Draenor. We pride ourselves in our family like atmosphere within the guild, whilst knuckling down in raids and pushing ourselves towards getting all end game content thrown at us down. Since Vanilla we have succeeded in this, notably in WotLK being one of only 3 guilds on realm to have killed both Halion and Lich King 25-man Heroic modes before the world as we know it was sundered. When we're not raiding, there's usually something else going on within the guild, whether it be running heroics, challenge modes, alt/social raids, or simply helping each other out with group quests and the like.

What do we expect from you?
- We expect you to have high attendance, being able to sign for 3/3 raids a week, we do realise that sometimes something comes up and we have a sufficient pool to cover these occurrences.
- Your gear to be up to par; We won't hold it against you if you do not have best in slot gear, but we expect you to show that you are dedicated and have a good understanding of your class, and this is easily demonstrated through being decently geared, using proper enchants and gemming as well as talents and glyphs.
- Be situationally aware. This includes things such as picking the right target and not standing in the fire.
- You pride yourself on your raid performance and are prepared to be judged by it.
- You are able to listen and follow the instructions of the raid leader without having to be asked multiple times. We are an English speaking guild.
- Good knowledge and understanding of your class and role in a raid.
- You have a stable internet connection.
- You are 18 years or older.
- We expect you to be willing to communicate over the microphone when appropriate, this is mandatory for tanks.
- For tanks, we expect you to have a viable dps offspec.
- You have a good attitude, ready to listen to criticism and use it to improve your play.
