Raid recruitment closed for this tier at least.
There is no incentive to do hard progression also known as mythic raiding, it is very strict 20man non scalable content that rewards loot equal to way easier to organize types of content(mythic+ & pvp).
RBG night:
Thursday 19:00-21:00 realm time.
Since we are a guild with PvP roots, and the current looting system isn't exactly the greatest, we have decided to host RBG nights for gear progression (currently pushing 1800 after 2 days).
Ideal recruit:
>Near 100% attendance to our Rbgs nights.
>Someone who can maintain a positive attitude and constantly strives to -improve.
