★ Style PvE recruitment ★

Style has now gone casual hours with a hardcore mindset and have done what many top guilds are doing now, by going 10 Man. Most of Styles mains have joined Nihilum 25man and answered Kungen's call but Style as a guild still has a large community eager to play on Frostmane aswell.

This means we'll be pushing for 10man rankings still and are looking for extremely dedicated players to join our 10 man groups. We will always consider exceptional application even if your class isn't listed.

★ Raiding Schedule ★
During progress we are still having a hardcore mindset to clear quick and effectively. This means we raid from 19:00 till 00:00 during 2 weekdays! Wed, Thurs and Sunday if any heroic boss needs more attention;

After progress is done we'll go back to a relaxed schedule of 1 raid per week.

★ Who is Style ★
Style is a group of ex-hardcore players who strive to participate in the bleeding edge of progression raiding. We offer raid spots to any player, old or new, who shows us the willingness and dedication to seize a permanent raidspot on our roster.

Becoming a raiding member in Style means that you are the very best that you can be during our raiding times while still maintaining a professional mentality to the rest of the realm we reside on.

While competing for the realm ranking we put focus on our members having a good time in our guild. Drama is never tolerated since we believe in mutual respect and maturity, and any bad seed trying to sprout within our community will be dealt with.

★ The Social Style ★
When we are not raiding we still like to be in touch with other members of the guild. If it be through playing other games, having latenight (maybe even drunken) conversations on Skype; It’s all happening in here. Style offers a positive atmosphere where you are not only able to evolve to a better player, but also on the social plan by offering a guild where you will more than likely find other players with similar interest and humour.

★ What we Expect of our Members ★

Attendance
During our progress times we intend to work towards top rankings, this means that we put in considerable hours in order to reach that goal. Progress raids which is the most important raids you will be participating with us on can be extended past midnight and even start during the afternoon. While we try to make our progress raids happen outside of work and school times it is important to know that this will take its toll on social activities that you may have wanted to attend. Being able to take time off work or school for progress is a huge plus in terms of recruitment.

★ Beta and PTR participation ★
In order to progress as fast as possible its also imperative that we are on servers where the bosses are being tuned and tested. Thus we gain a upper hand on many other guilds by being able to form a tactic aswell as having our raiders being able to test their own abilities and cooldowns. Being able to make it onto PTR and Beta and attend testing is a huge dealmaker.

★ Dedication ★
Maximizing your character is mandatory. This means you will have to take time to read up on the latest news about your class, and read up and figure out ways to improve your damage and survivability. Offering feedback during progression and in general being vocal on ventrilo is something we see as positive. Maturity within the raid is something we value highly, criticism will happen, all we need our members to do is handle it and make sure that the error doesnt happen again.

★ Alts ★
Thats right, we expect you to have an alt. To increase our raiders understanding of the bosses that we might be facing as well as to increase the class stacking potential we expect you to have an alt. It will be geared through altruns, but we expect nothing less of our raiders even though its an alt. Performance is still a key.
