“Balance” WoW Guild

Balance secured Realm First Algalon and Realm First Deaths Demise and with our eyes set on 3.2, we have a few spots we are looking to fill, however even if your class isnt listed Balance is always looking out for exceptional players.

We are looking for some exceptional players to fill our roll of core casters, which we hopefully help us progress quicker and faster than before.

Balance plays on Grim Batol (EU) server.

We have a tradition of server firsts and top 20-50 world kills, killing bosses pre nerf and we are obviously looking to continue with that. As such we are looking for dedicated raiders looking to play at the highest standard. Experience of all current content is a huge plus and a obvious knowledge of your class is obviously the main factor here.

You need to be sure progression raiding is what you are interested in. You need to know this is what you want, and be ready to handle what comes with that, being willing to accept criticism and build on it and know when to listen and when to speak and contribute ideas on Ventrilo are all factors in this.

We raid Wed/Thurs/Sun/Mon/Tues with sometimes old farm content being thrown in on Friday or Saturday during progress, usually raiding from 19:00 server to 24:00 during progress this can stretch, but we understand people have real life commitments outside of wow and if you cant make 100% of raids it is not the end of the world.

What can Balance offer you?

As a guild that has cleared all current content, with the majority being server firsts Balance will be able to offer a dedicated player a perfect opportunity to further their WoW experience. The guild is built on a stable leadership and a strong core that still retains members from way back in Molten Core. Aside from this there is a relaxed guild environment outside of raids with plenty of occupy you outside of raiding hours should you wish.

After getting invited to the guild, theres a trial period during of which, the recruit will be evaluated.

Applications Template

...There is no longer an Applications Template for joining Balance. Instead we want to see a personal response that should allow us to gauge a much greater perspective of you as both a player and a person, rather than following a standard template.

That said, you must still include your history, reasons for wanting to join, links to Amory and UI screen-shots.

There are many examples of good and also not so good applications on this forum. You may wish to look at other sites to build your application. This is of course welcome, but make your application stand out and be unique if you want it to catch our eye.

If there is something you want to ask you can whisper the officers in game.

After you have posted your application do not whisper the officer's in game regarding progress on it. We will be happy to answer questions but will not give you a time frame for our decision. All applications that are good are considered carefully and sometimes it can be some time before we get back to you.
