ESRR is always on the look out for opportunities to expand their
raid team and all applications of any class will be considered.
Contact officers ingame for more info.
We raid twice a week:
- Thursdays - 19:30 to 22:30 GMT (20:30 to 23:30 server time)
- Sundays - 19:30 to 22:30 GMT (20:30 to 23:30 server time)
What can ESRR offer you?
ESRR provides equal opportunities for both old and new players, being in the guild allows you to meet and play with people who want the same thing as you, a good balance between progress and fun.
We have a Team Speak server with a Raid channel for every scheduled raid and light-hearted banter is a large part of why our raids are so much fun to participate in.
Team Speak is not only used for raiding, throughout the day you will find ESRR members in the various channels in case you get lonely! Outside of scheduled raiding there is normally a lot going on with several players in the guild playing alts, just online socialising or even playing other games.
What does ESRR ask of you?
We ask that players always sign-up for raids to either indicate whether they can or can't attend. We realise there are priorities outside of wow, but we ask for prior notice of this where possible.
You must possess a positive attitude towards raiding, especially when it comes to progress raiding and expect a wipe or two! You should be prepared to do what you can outside of raiding to maximise your characters effectiveness on the night, starting with at the very least - gemmed and enchanted.
Try to understand and offer feedback in regards to the encounter via Team Speak or in-game. You must be mature and able to handle any criticism directed your way.
Communication during a Boss fight is very important, you will be required to use Team Speak during raids and should be able to write/speak and understand English to a reasonable level.
