Guild Profile

Primary Language: English
Raids per week: 3
semi-hardcore
Recruiting (outdated):
all classes
General Information:

We are considering most classes at the moment to bolster our roster for our progress. Primarily for BFA

We require not only top tier class knowledge, but also excellent raid awareness and adaptability within the raid team. Guilds don't improve by putting ilvl/gear/exp requirements on their recruitment and recruiting people who look good on paper, they improve by recruiting players who are motivated, like-minded, active, hard-working and also fit the guild.

We are a dysfunctional family in this guild. There are many ex-hardcore players in the guild who raid casually, there are many who push m+ outside of raid times. CM is a place for many different types of players. We boast an excellent social atmosphere, so if you have a brain, a good sense of humour and a burning desire to push yourself raiding, we're the guild for you.

Language: English

Atmosphere: Relaxed but efficient

Raid Schedule:
Wednesday 18:00 – 22:00
Sunday 18:00- 22:00
Monday 18:00 – 22:00

About Cm:

Cm was founded in 2018. We are focused quite heavily on fairness and transparency. When officers decide something you can bet your !@# the raiders were asked about it and asked to weigh in. Crown heavy emphasis on the social aspect of the game, we look for people who don’t just log on to raid then log off but people who actually want to hang out and become friends with their fellow raiders. As a raiding guild though, the full scope of our focus will always be on killing bosses as quickly and efficiently as possible. We raid 3 nights a week and will never add another day to this roster and will also very rarely go over the allotted time.

We have no aspirations to become the world number one guild. We do however look to become one of the premier guilds on Kazzak, a guild that most people want to be in that don’t have time for more than 3 nights a week of raiding, where they can have fun without ever feeling like the game is taking over their life.

Loyalty is one of the core principles of the guild, if you are loyal to the guild the guild and officers will be loyal to you. Loyalty is not only shown through your attitude in terms of not leaving, loyal players are ones who keep themselves in the best shape possible so as to not waste the time of their fellow raiders and friends because they cannot follow basic mechanics. You are most loyal when you are one of the best raiders in your position. We all work together to build a great guild

Applicants:

We may only be a semi-hardcore guild but we expect our raiders to be hardcore. We have 3 nights a week to do what other guilds do in 4-7 days with 4 hours a night. So you must be focused, motivated and versatile, as well as active and aware of your weaknesses and working on fixing them to raid with us.

This means: No one should be able to teach you anything about your class that you don’t already know, you should know every spec your class has and know how to swap to any of these specs without issue. You know the gear and stat requirements for all specs and also the bosses that drop these shinies. You push yourself constantly to be the best and to beat the best. You know the fights for every active raid, you know the mechanics and how to beat them.

You are active on both Discord and the forums about strategy discussions on how to defeat a specific boss or how to counter a mechanic that is at the moment wiping us or giving us a hard time. You have Discord installed and can speak, any applicant who cannot speak (i.e. doesn’t have a mic, or just can’t speak English) will not even be considered.

Just because you can speak doesn’t mean you should. During fights you are quiet and listening to the people designated to speak, you only call something out when and if it is relevant to the fight. When you’ve died you do not go into a 20 min speech on how it wasn’t your fault, you are quiet and waiting for a ress or just waiting for the kill. You are always prepared and have food, flasks and pots plentiful to accommodate even the most wipe intensive raid of your life.
This said, we are a team. We may require focus on the pull, but we have a laugh and enjoy each others company.

Alts:

While alts aren't mandatory in Bloodlore it is a huge plus if players have at least one viable raiding Alt. Alts help in gearing up mains but also in filling the blank days usually at the end of progress. We do a weekly Alt Run just to have some fun and kill bosses from a different point of view.
