“Consumed” Guild

Hey there. Thanks for taking an interest in our guild for whatever reason🎔
To quickly sum up, this guild was created by a bunch of old guildmates and friends in december 2019. The majority of us got CE history from different guilds before and intend to keep up with this achievement even here.
We want to clear raids at a decent pace while growing stronger as a team, pushing our ranks for each tier.

Raid Days and times
Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday 20:00 ST - 23:00 ST
First 2 weeks of mythic progression we will be raiding a minimum of 4 days/week from 20:00 ST - 23:00 ST (Optional 1h extend)
From mythic week 3 onwards we raid 3 days/week with regular times
After CE we will raid 1-3 days depending on how long the raid takes to reclear

You can expect from us
Raiding:
● We provide equal raiding opportunities to both trials and raiders. Passing a trial does not equal a guaranteed spot.
● A trial period is not set, a trial will be kept as trial with consistent feedback given by our officers on what needs to be done to pass till we have seen enough to make a decision.
● We do not recruit for the bench, if you are offered a trial, we believe there is a spot you can earn.
● We will be doing rotations throughout the raid due to the large roster we currently have. This will mean we will create the best composition to kill the boss we are currently progressing in the raid.
● Free guild repairs for trials and above
Community:
● We have ppl doing keys, PvP, alt raids etc at different difficulties.
● If you ask around we have some hidden gems like stylish tmog collectors, mount farm experts and PvP-specialists.
● Our discord is always active providing (sometimes) appropriate memes and awesome! (Okay cute) furry pics, why not join in on the madness? :D

We are expecting you to
● Be able to communicate in english, don't be afraid to ask questions! We won't bite.. much :)
● Put in the time and effort understanding and optimizing your characters that are brought for the raid. This would mean having the knowledge on what stats, essences and azerite traits you require to play at a competitive level. Understand that you might get asked to play another spec, or get swapped for another role/player. So having the skill to freely switch is valuable.
● Show up in time for raid, you are expected in the raid at 8PM ST, not log on at 8PM ST, (Invites will go out Roughly 15 minutes prior to raid time)
● Be able to take and give constructive criticism/feedback
● Have high attendance, both on progress as well as on farm. Not attending raids without notifying in advance could result in demotion or losing your spot.
