Who are we?

<Fel> consists of a group of Mythic experienced raiders who have a dedicated and progress oriented mindset. After the drought of WoD the core members came together to form <Fel> and move into Legion together. <Fel> strives for a quality raid-environment and as such we are looking for like minded, well rounded individuals to compliment our existing roster. Our main focus and mission for Legion is to clear current content, in a competitive and efficient manner and to maintain the highest possible server and world ranking while obviously and foremost also having fun. What do we look for in players?

Dedication - We need players who are dedicated to the upkeep and progress of the guild. We know that there’s always unforeseen manners that might present themselves. But we expect a 90% raiding attendance to remain competitive.
Skill - We value individual skill highly, as such we are looking for players who are willing to excel in their class and specialisation.
Versatility - A player’s ability to switch specialisations and classes depending on the guilds needs are a valueable asset. We are strong believers of bringing the player and not the class, as such being able to play and perform at the top level for multiple specialisations and roles is a massive bonus.
Attitude - Nobody likes a bad attitude, you could be the world’s best player, however, if you have the wrong attitude you’re in the wrong place. We value patience and a positive attitude toward raiding over all else. Fun is what keeps us playing this game.
Preparation - The raidleader is not a teacher, merely a guide. We won’t explain every boss into detail when we’re in full progress mode and expect our members to be able to research and comprehend the fights on their own.
Adaptation - There are (mostly) multiple ways to approach a fight and if the proposed strategy is not working out as planned we expect you will be able to adapt to a new strategy. Even if this might put you in a less comfortable position.
