As taken from our guild site:

Undecided is a semi-hardcore WoW raiding guild located on the european server of Ragnaros.

We're 8/14 in Siege of Orgrimmar. Our goal is to eventually catch up to high end progression and do heroic raiding. We're currently building up a secondary raid team, giving every raider a chance at a social guild, that is also serious about raiding.

Raid schedule(team 1)

Monday: 20-23ST
Wednesday: 20-23ST
Thursday: 20-23ST
Sunday: 20-23ST

Raid schedule(team 2)

TBA

Rules

- Every raider is expected to go onto this site and make a post explaining why he/she can't attend a raid (if that's the case)

- Every raider must be online and ready at least 15 minutes prior to raid (19.45ST).

- Every raider must repair their gear, as well as bringing own enchants, gems, flasks, pots and such things.

- Every raider is expected to valor cap his/her main as well as get the 50 lesser charms converted to mogu runes for best possible options with regards to gear upgrades.

- Unless something else is decided, a break will be held when halfway through the raid. Up until this point, it is expected that no one leaves their PC (unless it's absolutely urgent).

- Every raider is required to be silent when an officer speaks.

- Undecided functions with a "strike" system. The way this works, is that you get a strike for every raid you didn't attend without giving us a reason, as well as every break you come back from late, without giving us a reason. Once you reach three strikes, you're lootbanned for a week, and will have lowest priority on raid invites for that same week (you're still expected to sign up and participate - strikes can stack further than three, and as such you will still be further punished for not coming).

- Loot is divided in a way that makes sure everyone gets a chance. Example: If a caster cloth item drops, and a warlock and mage roll for it, whoever rolls the highest win this item. If another item of this type drops, the winner of the previous item will automatically lose this item for the other person in need, and as such one person can't get two items in a row unless no one else needs the same item.

- Coming 5.4, we'll be attempting flex raids as a guild group on friday nights. These won't be mandatory, but it's highly recommended that you join in, as it WILL be mandatory to get it done throughout the week! These events will always be starting at 19.45ST.

Got questions? Feel free to whisper either Ricky(guildmaster), Zack(officer) or TQ (officer)

Regards,
Undecided officer staff

Recruitment:
Currently in need of pretty much everything to create our second raid team. More than anything, we're in need of a person willing to raid lead so that we can create raid times for that team and thereby have an easier time recruiting!
