Don't bother replying if
- You're easily offended.
- You're a loot carebear.
- You have a problem with wiping.
- You don't care to min/max (race change doesn't count).
- You're not looking for a long-term home.
- You prioritise going out over raiding (you're raiding because that's what you want to spend your time doing.
- You don't care for constructive criticism.
- You get burnt out easily.

Legion goals
For Legion we're currently considering the addition of thursdays to our raid schedule. This would be during progression only. We'll be recruiting any and all classes for now, and we'll be trialing as many as possible to make a smooth transition into Legion.

About us
We're a bunch of close friends, not only long-time, as our bonds with our newer members are exceptional. We're active socially outside of raids, and our TS is often bustling with our friendly namecalling in the evening.
A fair warning is that we're actually rather harsh to each other. We're not cuddly bears, we don't hold hands and praise every step. Another noteworthy detail is that we will joke about anything. While we're friendly to all people of all skin colours, gender preferences, and are supportive of illnesses, it's good to point out that someone who's very sensitive might end up not getting along. We call each other names and don't hold back on the politically inappropriate stuff. However, there's a limit, and if/when someone ever gets hurt, we stop, fix it, and it won't happen again.
While maintaning a mature and friendly environment, we praise when something goes well, but we'll also chastise when it doesn't. We don't shout and we don't have heated arguments mid-raid, but neither do we chat and banter all through a boss fight.

Raid schedule
Note: All of the below are server time (CET/CEST/GMT+1)
- Monday: 7:30-10:30pm (usually off at this point but don't expect it to be)
- Wednesday: 7:30-10:30pm
- Saturday: Occassional normal or heroic alt run with drinks involved (don't expect a full clear, optional participation)
- Sunday: 7:30-10:30pm
You are expected to be online and ready to raid 15 minutes prior.

You!
The profile of our ideal member is one that doesn't take themselves too seriously, while keeping it together to perform well in a raid. We require that you be communicative - having a microphone is necessary (though you're not required to speak unless spoken to). You must however listen and discuss nonetheless.
Someone who doesn't take offence and may fit in to our weird humour and stupid saturdays. A mature person who doesn't mind occasionally passing on an item, because it's BiS for someone else. If you're going to be upset about loot, we'd rather you just stay away.
Note that we're looking for players willing to make Solitude a home full of friends and not just a place to raid.

Loot
We use the addon RClootCouncil to distribute loot. Raiders have priority on all gear. Our loot council functions so that all 2-3 officers are participating, while also promoting 1-2 raiders on a weekly rotation.

Addons and other requirements
In order to raid with us, we expect you to have the following addons installed:
- DBM/Bigwigs
- Weakauras/TellMeWhen
- RCLootCouncil
- Iskar Assist
- Exorsus Raid Tools

On top of this, you're expected to show up to every raid with the best enchants, gems, food, flasks and potions available to your spec - enough to last you the three hours during which we raid. If you can't play the game enough to make these things happen, don't bother applying.

Important note
It's important for us that you can feel at home with us, but always remember that every player in this game is expendable, and should we ever receive an exceptional applicant who performs better than you and has the right attitude as well, it's only natural that said player will be prioritised over you in raids.
