“Incarnation” Guild

<Incarnation> is looking for additional experienced and skilled players to progress through current and future content!

Incarnation has been formed a couple of months back by a group of people who not only have an extensive raiding history but, most importantly, are close friends. Our main focus is 10-man raiding in a semi-hardcore way whilst still having fun. We strongly believe in a stable raid force with progress on our minds but at the same time we don’t lose sight of the fact that people have lives outside of WoW.

We killed 7/8 on release of patch 4.3 and we quickly finished off Madness of Deathwing the second day. We are currently server third with 1/8 HC in DS and are looking to recruit skilled and experienced players that will fit into our team in order to continue our heroic progress in 4.3 and beyond.

We only raid 4 nights a week, meaning we offer a lot of room for real-life, next to being in a steady progressing guild. However, we do expect our raiders to have high attendance. We’d like to keep our roster small so we are recruiting for full-time raidspots.

• We are looking for mature, experienced people that know their class inside-out.

• Our guildbank will cover repair cost as well as flasks and feasts but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t come prepared. We expect you to research every boss we are doing so we don’t waste time on avoidable mistakes.

• You must be comfortable talking on Teamspeak during raids. Discussing tactics and giving valuable feedback is something we expect you to do. Nevertheless we appreciate it if you also know when it is time to zip it :P

• In terms of gear, you are ready to make your way through the content we are currently progressing on. Needing to fully gear you up is not going to work when we are aiming for progression.

• We use lootcouncil as a way to distribute loot. We aim to make loot distribution as fair as possible whilst insuring guild progression.

• Incarnation has highly focused enjoyable raids while still having a relaxed and friendly atmosphere more so because our foundation is built on small number of skilled players who love progress raiding. We are looking for players to complement that.

• One last but very important thing, you must be able to handle extremely bad and lame jokes, seriously :P

Don't let this list of requirements scare you off too much! We are a very friendly bunch. If you’re comfortable about your skills, there is no reason to be scared!
