What we expect from you.
Total dedication to the guild and raiding
- You are NOT one to start drama, if you have an issue you are
mature enough to solve it yourself.(with your class leader or an
officer ingame)
- General whining is not tolerated at all. If your main focus is
loot or you can’t handle sitting out of raids sometimes, then this
is not the right guild for you. Sometimes certain compositions will
be better and you simply won’t get a spot. We expect you to play
for the guild and its progress above all else.
- Generally have a friendly attitude towards your guild mates.
The flipside of this is that you must be able to take a certain
level of abuse and jokes from your peers. If you can't take a few
jokes at your expense this might not be the place for you.
- You must be able to take sometimes extremely harsh criticism
and improve from it. You will make mistakes, everyone
does.
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You
must also have a microphone and Ventrilo and not be afraid to use
it when required.
- You have Ventrilo.
- You have a stable internet connection.
- You are able to have a steady attendance.
- You are available to raid during the hours 18:45 to
23:00.
- You have gear on the same level as our current
members.
- You are able to supply yourself with consumables for every raid
night.
- You are able to keep your gear enchanted and gemmed to the best
possible standard.
- IF you are invited to the guild. When you group/pug with non
guild members you are required to maintain the image of the guild.
We do not accept ninja looters, ass hats and so on.
What you can expect from us.
- A guild with a highly competitive nature that has many players
who have competed at the highest level of various games.
- We have a very strong community within the guild. A friendly
but jokey atmosphere that is great fun to be part of once you get
used to it. We also have a great community here on the website and
would like all new recruits to take an active role in
that.
- Our main goal is to gain progress kills when and as new
contentis release whilst always remain as competitive as we can
be.
- Guild leadership that for the most part has been playing this
game since closed BETA.
How the guild operates.
Our guild is broken down into three core ranks. Two Guild Masters who are Yoteamo and Evx. There is then a class leader for each class who you will have the most direct contact with regarding your role in raids usually. After that it is the raiding core of players.
Any problems you may have within the guild should be directed to the Class Leaders.
We decide all loot with a loot council system. There is no DKP and we have no attendance system since near enough 100% attendance is expected of everyone. You will get great gear playing in this guild just by default, it should not be your primary focus. We take the point of view that loot is a tool -not a reward- and therefore it is given out according to how it best benefits the guild. This means factors such as who gets the biggest upgrade, what class an item is the best for, player performance, how many top-end hardmode items people have looted and what we need to kill the next boss.
We are looking to expand our roster with just great, experienced players more than anything else. Do not be put off from applying because you feel we have a certain amount of a specific class. Spots are performance based and if you can show that you are better, then every spot is there for the taking.
Where to go from here? How to apply?
First of all, if you have read ALL of the above. Ask yourself, does this really seem like the guild i want to be in? Can i commit near enough 100% of my WoW playing time to this guild.
