Disengage is a semi-Hardcore Alliance Raiding Guild on the European
server Silvermoon.
Hellfire Citadel - 7/13 Heroic, 12/13 Normal.
Blackrock Foundry - 10/10 Heroic, 10/10 Normal.
Highmaul - 1/7 Mythic, 7/7 Heroic, 7/7 Normal.
Recruitment for our Raid Team is open.

Players applying to our Raid Team, have to be available for all 3 Raid evenings.
We are looking to expand our Team to a 20 player Team.
The Team will raid the following modes: Normal/Heroic/Mythic.
We regularly run Challenge modes, Mythic Dungeons and bonus events (Timewalking etc).

We're currently a Heroic raiding guild, once we have our 20 player team we will change to Mythic.
We raid three times a week.

Guilds by nature, are evolving entities. They are defined by the members of the Guild. Disengage is always growing and evolving. New members join and add to the unique nature of our Guild. We have members from all over Europe. Our members are all mature players and most members are mid twenties to thirties.
At Disengage we have a very strong raid team. Our members are skilled players who spend time outside of raids improving their performance and researching to make raids more enjoyable for the team. We help each other to improve our own play and the overall performance of our team. Players applying to our Guild should have the same mindset.
As a Guild we make good progression in the tiers. We are not aiming for server firsts but we do take pride in our progression and will work hard to clear the content in good time.
When we raid we need to have good focus, be prepared and have a clear idea of strategy. We like to raid with players who know their class and who come prepared to raids.
