“Dreamstate Inc” Guild

Small information concerning the guild:
We’ve all pretty much played wow since release or near enough so and have mythic raided intensely in various games. We’re an already established community with a discord, website & supporters along with structured and optimised spreadsheets /w research for all encounters. We have a very structured format and have been doing this for around a year, we never wanted to push World of Warcraft intensely due to the threshold of entry. But over the last 6 months with expansions doing so well competitively elsewhere, we’ve decided to gather some of our old raiders from various games and competitively push content on release. We don’t attain or wish to be a world first raiding guild, but eventually at least rank within the top 500-1000 Mythic Guilds. We have big plans and will be pumping a lot into recruitment/promotion over the coming months. We haven’t got any plans to raid in Season 3 Shadowlands as it’s pretty much already over, but come season 4 our plan is to make a solid start to the season and progress throughout.

⍟ Raid Expectations:

➟ Pre-Inform all absences
➟ High Attendance is required
Real Life COMES FIRST! Communication is key!

⍟ Raid Requirements are as follows:
➟ Being able to commit to a semi intense raid schedule on NEW release of content.
➟ Be open to potentially play a different class/sub class for the benefit of the raid team
➟ Be able to be relatively active & knowledge on encounters/overall game progression.
➟ Be willing to prepare for next season release a week or two in advance, this means being able to understand solo progression.
➟ Potentially be committed to pre-test raids/encounters via PTR and viable builds which also corresponds with the above
➟ Be willing to reserve saves on Main Characters for the benefit of the Raid Team (Saves on specific Character are not to be used/done
without doing with the Raid Team)
➟ You must be willing to engage in Community & Guild Activity’s
➟ You must be able to be a mature and consistent individual & understand that communication is key to any success within our formation
➟ You must be willing or at least open to potentially boosting/helping alts for members within the raid team from time to time
➟ You must be open to the idea to attend practice raids/meetings
Understand that working as a successful and easy individual in team dynamics is vital and no toxicity will ever be permitted

We use, Loot Council Trialist have lower priority on all loot

Who we are
We’re a gaming organization which has just decided to expand into the competitive sectors of games, we currently have 3 competitive roster teams (Apex Legend, Lost Ark & World of Warcraft) under the brand Dreamstate participating in cash tournaments & attempting to make there marks on the eSports scenes. We’ve been within the top 5 Guilds on Moonkeep since release of the EUW Region, were determined to keep it that way! When we commit to anything competitive, you bet it’s done completely or not at all. We’ve got animated branding, copyrighted branding/logos, adaptive discord and a fully incorporated website.

What we expect from you

We’re a community first and foremost so a level of maturity is required.
You’ll be expected to act your age at all times, be socially engaging, motivated & most importantly outgoing enough to mingle with new players.
We have a range of regulations which are adhered to 24/7, active kick timers, pre-warned notice for raid absences just to name a few.
We currently don’t have anyone under the age of 21 within the org or guild itself, not through direct requirement but due to regulations it seems to attract more focused individuals.

We are currently only interested in ACTIVE, LONG-TERM & COMMITTED Players ! We have limited spots & don’t recruit via most avenues other guilds do for the reason we want to attract different.

We’ve already been excessively praised on our strict formats, regulations & professionalism. We could explain abundantly future plans & previous milestones.
