“Forbearance” Guild

Forbearance are raiding to a more relaxed pace in Warlords of Draenor after having been raiding end game content in previous expansions. (We will return to our more focused, progressive raiding upon the release of Legion.

Forbearance has existed for a number of years and consistently achieved good levels of progression while also being able to maintain a fun, relaxed raid environment.

Things to take note of.

We rung a tight-knit roster and therefore need to have players who can maintain as close to 100% attendance as is possible. Despite this, we do of course appreciate that there are occasions where attending a raid just isn't possible. All we ask in these situations is you communicate with us and let us know as far in advance as possible rather than just not turning up on the night having not informed anyone.

Forbearance has members from all over the world, but we raid in English. Due to this, we of course require our members to have a good grasp of English and (to a lesser extent) be able to speak it in raids if it's required.

During progression raids we don't allow alts to be taken to fights unless there is a specific and valid reason for it; benefiting the raid as a whole. (On easier farm bosses and on farming nights later into the content, we do allow good alts that have had effort put into them to be taken to raids - there is no carrying!)

We are pretty relaxed about what classes our members want to play as their main and have never asked anyone to re-roll. However, we do like our members to be open minded and consider re-rolling should their class be extremely weak to the point that it holds the raid team back. If a member wants to re-roll by choice, we try to accommodate them and let them do so.

Raiding days and times.

Our raid days and times are currently Wednesday, Thursday and Monday from 20:30 - 23:30 realm time.
