“Lex Talionis” WoW Guild

Greetings fellow Silvermoon players

- Lex Talionis is a semi-hardcore PvE focused guild.
- We have a very simple policy and philosophy regarding our raiding team: the best players get to be part of it.
- We recruit a lot, we have various ranks in the guild but only the ones worthy will receive the "Raider" rank. This means that we recruit and choose only the best of the best to be a part of the main raiding team and only the players that actually know what the heck they are doing get to see end bosses, get to be a part of new content progress and so on. If you get into a raid and you fail more than we expect you to, you get replaced - it is that simple.

This is everything you need to know about us at this point. Everything else will develop when and if you get accepted. Your trial will be very closely observed by the Council (officers), our veteran members will also do the same and provide us with feedback about performance, social attitude etc. If you think you want to be a part of a well organized team aiming to experience this game in it's fullest, then contact us.

Orbituary, XT, Iron Council, Hodir done (we rarely go there anymore due to ToGC being number one focus atm)

Requirements for you, possible future raider:

- mature attitude twords raiding (wipes are not something you dislike)
- attendance to all 4 main raids per week (you need to be able to attend ALL of these, don't bother to contact us otherwise. We will do 10mans, other 25's, alt runs bla bla in off-days, make sure you can attend them too if not always at least on a regular basis)
- people who don’t shy away from doing their homework in terms of theorycrafting and studying/brainstorming on encounters
- able to communicate clearly in English, both in speaking and in writing (we use Ventrillo, having a mic is a big plus for you)
- we are not here to gear you up, you are here to help the team progress; if shiny "epix" is why you play the game, don't bother applying
- independent people that do not get easily offended, are eager to perform to the best of their abilities and are competitive without jeopardizing the success of the raid
- you have a very good PC and Internet connection. Don't waste our time and yours if you have 5 FPS and d/c at every pull
