About our guild

Lex Talionis is a semi-hardcore PvE focused Alliance guild. Our aim is to get our job done in as little time as possible, but while keeping a serious and progressive-minded attitude while raiding. Besides raiding, we are an extremely social guild, so if you're looking for a guild with people that know what they're doing in raids and have fun and are talkative out of raids, definitely consider applying to us.

We have a very simple policy and philosophy regarding our raiding team: the best players get to be part of it. We choose only the best people to be a part of the main raiding team and only the players that actually know what they are doing get to see end bosses, get to be a part of new content progress and so on. Your trial will be very closely observed by the Council (officers), our veteran members will also do the same and provide us with feedback about performance, social attitude etc.

- Death Knight (1x Unholy DPS)
- Druid (1x Restoration, 1x Balance)
- Hunter (1x MM)
- Mage (1x Arcane)
- Paladin (1x Holy, 1x Retribution)
- Priest (1x Holy or Discipline)
- Rogue (1x - exceptional only)
- Shaman (1x Restoration)
- Warlock (1x Demonology, 1 x Affliction)

Requirements for you, possible trialist:

- mature attitude towards raiding (wipes are not something you dislike)
- attendance to all 4 main raids per week (you need to be able to attend ALL of these, don't bother to contact us otherwise)
- always keeping your class/game/raiding knowledge up to date (theorycrafting/studying encounters, choosing the best spec(s) possible for your class, etc.)
- able to communicate clearly in English, both in speaking and in writing (we use Ventrillo, having a mic is a big plus for you)
- not applying to our guild without the gear to warrant yourself, you are here to help the team progress and not to slow it down, gear-up applications is something we will never accept; if shiny "epix" is why you play the game, don't bother applying
- being eager to perform to the best of your abilities and being competitive without jeopardizing the success of the raid
- having a very good PC and Internet connection. Don't waste our time and yours if you have 5 FPS and d/c every 10 minutes
- making a proper application which show us that you're willing to invest some time in getting accepted, 5-minute applications will have no chance of getting accepted
