Who we are: we are a new guild located on Silvermoon-Eu , With the guildmaster having already current and previous mythic expierence also with leading and running a guild, we currently want to build up the team as fast as possible, we want a good casual atmosphere with at the sametime progression on semi-hardcore level.
Located: Silvermoon.
Raiding days and times:
Monday: 19.15 - 22.45
Wednesday: 19.15 - 22.45
Thursday: 19.15 - 22.45
Raiding style: Semi hardcore
Goal: Being rank -20 on the realm and ideally -10 , Being able to raid all days and reach cutting edge every patch however our main top priority will be the atmosphere in the guild, we want the casual atmosphere combined with serious raid progression.
Recruiting:
Class and specs:
Tanks: none
Healers: Druid/Priest/Shaman.
DPS: everything. No balance druids.
What do we expect from you:
1. Motivation to help this guild be able to reach its goal, to be patienced and improve ur progress even if u are not at the current progression we want you ideally to be (Full heroic).
2. People who can handle critism and take it in for improving themselves.
3. People with respect for one another nomatter where they are from, also about performance this means if someone does a mistake try improve/help the person and ideally talk to the officer about it and do not bring other people down with negative advice.
4. Be able to attent all the raiding days and times , and let us know in advance when you cant.
5. Being able to see the mistakes you made and improve yourself.
6. Always knowing all the mechanics of the fights , Learning them, And then executing the fight.
7. Being able to speak on Teamspeak.
8. Being able to understand english language decent.
9. Being able to listen to the raidleader and do not disturb/go against his will during raid time.
10. Being able to always be honest when u have made a mistake and take the critism.
