What are we looking for as a Raider?
* A tilt-prove and wipe resistant attitude.
* Always be prepared before a Raid. (Gear, Enchant's, Flask, Pots etc.)
* A geared Character of around **ilvl 210+** for Mythic
* Have a very high attendance-rate and be there on time.
* A good understanding of the current Raid bosses and your class.
* Don't be afraid to ask, if you don't understand something in raid!
