“Lads on Tour” Guild

Lads on Tour started in June 2014 with a group of close friends wanting to clear out the current content in Mists of Pandaria. We aim to establish ourselves amongst the top guilds on the server when we progress into Warlords of Draenor.

A side from Warcraft we enjoy playing other games together as a guild, mainly League of Legends and CS:GO which all members are welcome to join us on. We main a good social and laid back atmosphere in the guild and ask all our raiders to not be a recluse in the guild.

What we are after

Good Attendance

You join a raiding guild to raid, so we expect people to be able to attend and be on time. If you cannot make raids for whatever reason we expect you to inform the guild leaders about it.

Be the best you can be

It is not just about getting loot in raids that makes your character better, ensuring you are fully gemmed, enchanted and pots is expected and there is no excuse for not doing this. It helps if you can play multiple specs as well and can change your role within a raid.

Attitude

Everybody has bad days, thats human, so is being able to deal with it in the correct way. We enjoy having a laugh and poking fun at each other, it is a give and take thing. If you are easily offended, this is not the place for you. If you are making mistakes in a raid, you will be picked up on it, accept it, correct the problems and move on, it is not personal.

Age Requirements

We are a 18+ guild, raids shouldn't end because one person has a bed time. Maturity is a big part of raiding, being able to take criticism can be hard, but dealing with it in the correct manor is something which is very important to progressing.

Our current raid days and times (CEST) are as follows:


Monday 20.00-23.00
Wednesday 20.00-23.00
Thursday 20.00-23.00

Throughout the week other events may be happening. But these will be what your attendance is judged on.

Ventrilo

For all guild events we expect people to be on Vent, it is also a big help if you have a mic, so if you want to be a part of the key team, then make sure you have one.
