Who are you and why should I apply ?
We are a newly formed guild that started late in HM progression and managed to clear 2/7 M HM in around 3 weeks. We are looking for some fresh blood to join our ranks as we want a stable roster for Heroic/Mythic progression whilst having enough people to be able to raid on a regular basis.
Currently we stand on [7/7HC, 2/7M, 9/10N 6/10HC] Are looking for experienced raiders to join our roster. We are planning on a 25 man roster to have enough of each roll to have flexibility within the raid. We know we can do a lot more in BRF but as mentioned before we lack the man power, and that's where you come in!
Loot Distribution:
For those wondering, we use EPGP as we think its a fair enough system for everyone to distribute loot in a fair manner. We started using this recently and we can make changes on requests (that make sense/are fair for everyone).
Classes/roles we need:
We are currently open for any class/rolls. So don't be shy, just apply!
Requirements:
Worldoflogs/Warcraftlogs reports where we can see what you can DO!
We want these logs for a simple reason, we want like minded individuals that want to better them selves. If you don't have logs to keep a vague track of how you're performing each raid/encounter to always try to improve, you're not someone we are looking for in the first place.
Able to communicate in English written or verbal
The ability to use Teamspeak with a working Microphone
Item level: At least 670 (we will make exceptions to guys that can prove they are worth a shot)
Raid times:
Wednesday, Sunday, Monday; 19:00-23:00. Days maybe susceptible to change if we find better days that suit everyone better.
