“Cutting Edge” Guild

Cutting Edge is a active raiding guild, starting at the tail end of Battle for Azeroth. The guild was started by a group of players from a guild on the Sylvanas server, having moved across to Stormscale.

We aim to progress each raid tier whilst also maintaining a social atmosphere and not subscribing to the stereotype of modern guilds to be too try-hard. We pride ourselves on having an active guild & discord for people to use to talk to one another and to create and build friendships with others in the game. To us, every member of the guild is valued and we enjoy talking to people from all walks of life within the guild. Our timezone is CEST or GMT+1 aka server time, and most of our members are within that timezone so our raid times are based on that.

We are currently recruiting Raiders and Socials. Please see above for prefered classes and apply if you feel you would like to give us a shot!

What do we expect of you?

- Close to 100% attendance.
- Raiders are expected to play to the best of their abillity.
- We expect you to learn from your mistakes and not repeat the same thing over and over.
- To be able to communicate in English. You must have a decent working microphone.
- Respect for the guild and its members.
- All raiders to turn up to raids fully aware of tactics and ready for the boss, with flasks, food, potions and any other consumables you will need for the duration of the raid.
- No toxicity, behaviour that breaches TOS or general nastiness to anyone within the guild and without.
- If you're unsure of anything, we expect you to ask.

What can you expect from us?

- Social events for casual players and friends of guild members.
- A friendly, relaxed and focused raid environment with room for error but an expectation to learn and improve.
- An active Discord server to keep people connected outside raids.
- A helpful and experienced leadership team to keep you in-the-know on happenings inside and outside the game.
