“The Nephilim” WoW Guild

The Nephilim is an international, socialy strong guild for exceptional players who due to various real life commitments want to raid casual.
We raid only 3 nights a week but still want to raid in a competitive and fast progressing environment.
Our goal in the game is to achieve the best possible rank while keeping to a reasonable raiding schedule.
The Nephilim is a stable, strongly motivated and tight-knit, guild that was established during Dragon Soul and was initially only a place for socials and friends who raided a couple times a week very casually,
The core of the guild decided in the late stages of Dragon Soul that we wanted to raid competitively again and since then we have come a long way.
Apart from being heavily progressive minded we are very keen to maintain a relaxed, friendly, drama free and open-minded atmosphere.
Socials are always welcome, we are hosting alt runs and in general the guild is very talkative and active.
We have a very laid back and friendly community.
Most of us know each other on a first name basis and there is a lot of !@#$ talking and jokes going around in our guild chat.
Furthermore we maintain an open-minded policy where every idea or opinion is listened to before being dismissed.

Each raider is given the same opportunity to raid
The chance to raid as much as you want. When there is nothing left for our mains we raid on alts or do old raid tiers.

General information

Raiding times (in server time):
Weds 20:00-23:30,Sunday 20:00-23:30,Tues 20:00-23:30.

Raid invites go out 15-20 minutes before raid starts

Voice communication: Mumble/TeamSpeak

Loot system: EPGP with Lootcouncil. We consider loot as a tool for progress not as a reward and distribute drops in a way that best benefits the whole raid.
