The core of the guild has been together for some years now.

We're a guild that prides itself on having a thriving social environment alongside a competitive raiding atmosphere.
Yes, this means we actually have people on our guild Discord server outside of raid times. Crazy right? :P

During raids we're looking to have a fairly relaxed atmosphere and we let raiders have their say on boss tactics and suggest WAs if they feel they are useful in delivering a kill. The end decision sits with the officers
but we want to make sure our team feels as though they have a voice.

What we offer you:

• Focused raiding with a relaxed but competitive atmosphere.
• A stable guild environment with an active discord community.
• Your voice will be heard. If you have something constructive to say, then present the evidence and we will consider all feedback and criticism
• Our raid spots are based on: attendance > attitude > performance > class...in that order

What you need to have

• An experienced raiding background with a history of self-evaluation and improvement.
• Loyalty and consistency. We want to build a community and a stable team to progress.
• We want you who know how to communicate both verbally and in writing. This means no yelling or angry outbursts during the raid.
