“Cup of Tea” Guild

[Cup of Tea], just like the Spiffing Brit love their Tea and, is recruiting for our mythic progression roster.

We are a semi-hardcore raiding and social guild.

Originally the guild was created to raid legacy content, as of recent (the start of BFA) we had decided to start more challenging content - with members obtaining CE in previous expansions


Core traits:
We offer a social environment which doesn’t end when the raid does,
We enjoy spending time together so it’s very important that you mesh well with us.
We are quite thick skinned, there is banter (alot of it), there is trash talk - make sure you understand the distinction between trash talk and constructive criticism.
And most of all; We strive to make the most of our 6 hour raid week while maintaining an atmosphere that only a few guilds can offer.

We have clear goals and a pragmatic leadership and we will not tolerate anything less than 110% during progression.
We do not require any alts, PTR testing and we don’t organise split runs - with this said, we will however run HC splits if the occasion calls.

All we require is that you maintain your main character enough to clear the current content.
Everyone is required to pull their own weight, but help will always come to those who ask for it - whether that is in terms of gear or understanding of tactics

Raid Times:

Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday 20:00-23:00 Server Time.

Invites are done 15 minutes early, the intent is to be starting boss pulls at raid start time. Off night events such as achievement runs or normal/heroic are organized on a weekly basis and will be at the same time as main raids, but are not mandatory for attendance purposes.

Requirements:

-Attendance: 90% minimum. Real life happens, but there is an entire team of people here as well.
-Prior Mythic experience. This is not a deal breaker, but is a large part in your consideration for the roster.
-Willingness to take personal responsibility in terms of your performance and preparedness for raids.
-Competitive nature. We’re not a guild where doing just enough is good enough.
-Ability to use Discord and speak English (this requires a working microphone).
