Last Pull

A newly created guild with the goal of clearing the content as fast as we have a team set, but at the same time enjoying the content together and sticking to set times due to RL commitments.
We are slowly, but steadily adding for the most part oldschoolers to our roster and are only looking to take on the very best. Attitude,dedication,motivation and patience is the key factors we are looking for in order to build a well organised community. While we are not looking to go extreme hardcore raiding, we are however very picky to whom we recruit.
To have fun while playing the game is also a thing we want to promote. That does not however mean that you are allowed to play at a low standard, playing at your very best and having fun at the same time is actually possible and it does not mean that our raiding standards are low.


Raiddays and hours:

Wednesday and Monday 20.30-23.30 ST
Sunday 20.00-23.00 ST

These days and times are set in stone, and will not change.

Requirements

Attendance:

Close to, if not 100% attendance is what we would expect during progress, since we will very rarely push longer than the set raid times.

Skills:

We are only looking to take in people that are both comfortable and confident at playing the game at a high level. We will not do split raids, but being able to play another class at a high level for roster options is definitely a major plus in our books. Coming to raid well prepared is also a must. This means reading up on tactics, as you will not be spoon fed, and are expected to know the basics, as well as coming prepared with consumables.

Communication:

Being a mute on Discord is not acceptable. We expect you to listen and give feedback. Sorting sound settings out so you're not too loud and can listen clearly is also a must. There will be constructive criticism at times. You are expected to handle it and move on, and not make a big deal of it, if you make a mistake that's fine, if your offered advice don't take it personally.

Connection:

Says it all really, stable connection with a computer that can handle the latest upgrades to Wow. Persisting issues with connection/computer will result in replacement till the problem is resolved.

If you were to join the guild we are going to be spending a lot of time together, having a bad attitude outside of raids isn't going to help anyone and we expect you to be mature enough to help creating a drama-free guild. Most within our roster currently work and are mostly 30+ aged with irl commitments/kids etc, so we will not exceed our raid hours unless we wipe on 1%. Creating a bad atmosphere because of this will not be tolerated.
On a final note: We want to make sure that everyone in the guild will only be playing with similar likeminded and skilled players. That is why we are, and will be very picky.
