Who are Angered?

Angered is a 10man hardcore raiding guild that was formed in 2010. The guild consists of players from all regions, norweigans, danes, swedes, brits and even a crazy finn or two, making us an international guild that communicates in English.

Angered first emerged on the EU realm Eonar as a irl-friend based guild that raided fairly casually in a 10man environment. With the changes Cataclysm brought to 10man raiding the guild decided to expand into a hardcore raiding guild. After suffering losses in the ranks in this paradigm shift, the guild opened its arms to players from other regions and became an international guild.

After a strugglesome Tier 11 that lead to many raids being cancelled and a difficulty recruiting, this due to the low population and the lack of players with the right calibre on Eonar, Angered then decided to move to a realm where we could find new challenges and maybe a new recruit of two. Zenedar was our chosen realm, due to the large Horde population & ranked guilds to compete with.

We were the #1 progressed guild on Eonar and have maintained that on Zenedar during T12. We plan to keep our #1 ranking and push ourselves for a higher world ranking. Our overall goal is to become the best 10man raiding guild in the world and challenge for a top 5 world ranking overall, and by doing so breaking the stigma attached with 10man raiding.

We consider 10man raiding to be the most sociable and enjoyable raiding experience, raiding aside we are all very sociable and friendly individuals that know each other on first name terms.

We run a loot council system based on attendance, performance, individual benefits and more importantly guild benefits.

We raid Sunday-Thursday, 19:00-23:00 during farm (Although that's normally just the Wednesday raid).

Progression raiding is 7 days a week and players are expected to be able to raid from early hours in the afternoon until late into the night, with absolute dedication and attendance.

Recruitment is generally closed during progression and will be opened again once progression has finished. If you have extraordinary belief in your capabilities and experience, and have gear that is up to world class progression. Feel free to apply anyway!
