About us:
The guild's primary focus is mythic progression raiding with the ultimate goal each tier of a CE achievement if possible.
The core of the guild is made up of veteran raiders with several CEs to our name. We have all come together for the purpose of getting the most out of the game as we can with the hours we are able to commit to it.
Raiding Schedule
Tuesday: 8p-11p Central
Thursday: 8p-11p Central
Under no circumstances will we ask you to raid more hours or raid outside these hours to be respectful to everyone's time.
Raid Related Expectations:
-Keep up to date on your own class/spec changes and always be playing the best setup you can for the encounter.
-Research logs and vods to see where you can improve.
-Ability to take constructive criticism.
-Open to asking questions and making suggestions to help the raid progress more efficiently.
-Team first mentality (meaning we're not here to cater to you personally and are willing to make sacrifices for the betterment of the group).
General Etiquette and Expectations:
-Reliable computer and internet connection.
-Working microphone and the ability to speak clearly in raid if required (mechanics etc).
-Respectful toward fellow team members time investment in the group by maintaining a high level of attendance.
Loot:
-RC Loot Council
-Loot will be rewarded to help better the needs of the raid first and foremost and less on the individual need.
Recruitment Needs
Any exceptional players wanting to fully focus on mythic progression raiding.
Previous CE experience is a huge bonus but not required.
Melee: Any exceptional apps
Ranged: Any exceptional apps
Healer: Any exceptional apps
Tanks: Closed
