VANQUISH is an ancient guild that originated during the closed beta
of World of Warcraft. With a long raiding history, we aim to
continue our legacy beyond the The War Within expansion.
Our raids take place on Fridays from 7PM to 10PM EST and on Saturday and Sunday of each week, commencing at 3:00 PM EST and concluding at 6:00 PM EST. As our raiding schedule is limited, we seek players who excel at comprehending boss mechanics, perform efficiently in a raid setting, and can successfully evade deadly raid mechanics while demonstrating skillful gameplay. Moreover, new recruits are expected to maintain close to 100% raid attendance during their trial period.
In preparation for our weekly raids, members are expected to ensure they have an adequate supply of consumables, including food, flasks, and potions, to last the duration of the 8-hour raid week. Prior to raid days, it is also expected that members research and comprehend upcoming fights or current progression encounters.
The value of our guild community and the overall atmosphere of our raids is paramount. It is important to note that individuals with consistently negative attitudes or poor behavior will not be a good fit for our guild. While we take our raiding seriously, it is also important to have a level of resilience and not be easily discouraged.
As a performance-based guild, VANQUISH places a great emphasis on consistently high-level performance and maintaining respectable logs on a weekly basis. However, we do not prioritize mere parsing and expect our members to engage in strategic and thoughtful gameplay.
Failure to consistently perform well may result in new recruits being demoted to a non-raiding rank within the guild. Additionally, new recruits who are unable to maintain their raid attendance during the trial period will not pass the initial phase of recruitment. It is important to note that if you have external commitments, computer issues, or internet problems that could interfere with our raid times, our guild may not be a suitable match for you.
