“Its Merely A Setback” Guild

<Its Merely A Setback> is a 20man, 3 night a week Horde raiding guild on the server Barthilas we are comprised of fun and mature people. We've been around for a couple months now and we're looking for people who are serious about raid progression and have a sense of humor. If you want to be in a guild that strives to be the best they can this is the guild for you.

A little bit about us, we're a guild that has formed from multiple past guilds and have come together with the same goal to down bosses. We raid three nights a week and cover guild repairs, when it comes to raiding we show up on time and try to get as much progression into a night as possible. We all come to the raid prepared having watched strat videos and replays from other guilds.

If you would like to join Its Merely A Setback, you will be playing with like-minded players that are all working towards the same goal.

All of our logs are uploaded here live every night. We will be starting use ask mr robot as well for further research and development.

Recruitment:

We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players, our trial period lasts around 2 weeks but it mostly depends on skill, attitude, attendance, situational awareness and cohesiveness with the guild as a whole.

Raid Schedule:

Monday 8:00PM ST - 11:00PM ST
Wednesday 8:00PM ST - 11:00PM ST
Thursday 8:00PM ST - 11:00PM ST

Optional Sunday 8:00PM ST - 11:00PM ST (Used for alts)

Loot System:

We use a loot council to distribute loot, factors we consider are raid performance, attendance, previous loot received and the significance of an upgrade.

Requirements:

1. 18+ years old
2. Teamspeak 3 and a working microphone
3. Previous raiding experience
4. 99% raid attendance
5. Research each boss before first pull, videos and replays will be linked in guild calendar or guild website
6. A real member of the guild not just someone that logs in to raid, this doesn't mean you need spend all of your time playing WoW but we would like you to get to know your guild mates. The closer we are as team the better we will perform.
