“and the boys” Guild

Raid Information
Times: Tues/Thurs 9PM - Midnight EST/realm, 6PM - 9PM PST.
Alt runs Sundays at the same time.

Loot Information
We use RCLootCouncil for pseudo-masterloot. Loot is distributed based on performance, seniority, and quality/quantity of upgrades. We work towards making the raid as a whole stronger, and there is no tolerance for loot drama.

Raiding Expectations
Knowledge: We expect everybody to come into raid knowing what to do on the bosses we're fighting that day. As well, players should know the intricacies of their class, when to use defensives, along with any unique utility. Competence on offspecs is a plus.

Gold: Our raiders donate BoE items they get to the guild bank in order for us to provide cauldrons, feasts, enchants, health potions, combat potions, and repairs for the raid.
Attitude: Strive to improve and always try to play better than the previous raid. Heavily tilting and unnecessary shouting in raid is very frowned upon. We expect people to stay relatively calm and be able to take constructive criticism. Strategy suggestions are welcomed, but value of relearning a strategy versus practicing what we know should be taken into account.
