“Maximum Effort” Guild

Hello!

Server: US Cenarius (Alliance)

We are currently 9/9 H Tomb and are looking specifically for people that can fill out our raid group, join us for m+ runs, and act as back ups to the raid if there aren't spots for the core team.

Raid schedule:
Every Thursday and Friday from 8:30p-11p PST.
Invites start at 8p PST
Pull time is 8:30p PST

Our current recruitment needs:

Tanks: Open - Mostly for back up in raids and for m+ runs. Open to the possibility of switching out one of our main tanks.
Healers: Paladin for main healing team. Also looking for back ups and m+ healers.
Melee: Open - Mostly for back up in raids and for m+ runs.
Ranged: Open - Would love back ups for raids as well as for m+ runs.

Attendance: Not mandatory. However, if you have signed up to the raid and are not going to make it, please let someone know by contacting an officer or using the Absences channel in Discord.

We understand real life comes first and that's why we'd love to have back ups to fill in for those circumstances.

Flasks and food are provided for raiders.

What we ask of you upon joining the guild and the raid:
Be respectful to each other and be aware that there will be mature language.
Be mindful that we are live streaming during raids.
Be in Discord during raids. You don't have to speak, only listen.
Be familiar with your class. Stay up to date with stats, rotations, etc.
Be open and willing to accept help and criticism.

While we are recruiting for raiding and m+, you don't have to be interested in those to join. We would also love to have people who just want to chill out and have a nice time. As this is a mature guild, we ask that you be 18+
