About Us:

We are a community made up of open-minded individuals from all walks of life. Most of us are adults, some of us have kids and are mostly busy with life. We are committed to playing the game we love in what spare time we get while fostering a culture where players feel comfortable, accepted and heard. We strive to listen to our members and use constructive feedback, so we can promise if you ever have an issue, you will at least be heard out.

We have been raiding together since Legion and always achieve AOTC (except for mid-Sanctum of Domination, we all took a break because Shadowlands was just too bad and blizzard was riddled with scandals). We have a tradition of doing the Glory of the Raider achievements and we dip our toes into as much mythic raid content as we can. We don’t expect CE (not that we would be opposed to getting it), but we can regularly get about half of mythic done or more before a tier ends.

We run a loot council style system, as much as is possible with group loot, especially during the early parts of a season or when a rare trinket/ring drops. Mostly to ensure we can gear our raid up as quickly as possible and waste as few drops as possible. RC Loot Council is the addon we use to facilitate this in a quick and efficient manner.

Schedule & Recruitment:

Our Raid Schedule involves raiding for about 6 hours a week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30PM-10:00/10:30PM EST

We are ALWAYS looking for players/recruits of any class or role. That said, we have extra desire for anyone that can flex multiple specs from their class.

What We Expect From our Raiders:

Dedication to being prepared for raid. Bring potions, flasks/phials, enchants, etc
Knowledge of your spec/class and be willing to constantly improve as needed
All raiders to have Weak Auras, Method Raid Tools, a boss mod, and RC Loot Council.
Raid planning is primarily done though our Discord, so joining and checking in occasionally is vastly preferred
What can We Offer You and what makes us different?

What we offer is a fairly low stress environment that kills raid and mythic plus bosses and has fun doing it. Most importantly, we stick to our core values:

We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild. Progress is life, but we won’t burn our lives to cinders getting there. Taking our time is okay and we know that not everyone can get gold/purple parses all the time.
No one will be benched or kicked for poor attendance. That said, Mythic nights will generally take the best 20 optimal people available, so if you are rarely on you will have a hard time proving you should be in one of those spots.
Attendance is rewarded! We collect all BoE’s and drops from the raid and sell them to fund raid consumables and more importantly, the end of tier payout! We have had up to half million gold payouts to high attendance raiders!
Everyone is allowed an opinion/thought/voice.
Open/accepting guild (no bigotry, hatred, etc.)
Additionally, we have a strong community that spans several games–FF14, League of Legends, Overwatch, Diablo, Factorio, MTG, D&D/Pf2e and many others. You will find that in our Discord you are able to find someone willing to play or talk about pretty much anything.
