We are looking for a few pandas to join our team. All are
encouraged to apply. Exceptional applications will always be
reviewed.
We are a semi-casual guild, raiding Mon, Tues and Wednesday from 7 - 10:30 PM EST on the Dalaran realm. We clear Onyxia, Vault of Archavon, Trial of the Crusader and most of Ulduar weekly. The only reason we've not been clearing Ulduar is because we are working on hard modes. We've got Flame Leviathan with 4 towers and XT hard mode done. We are currently working on hard mode Iron Council and Hodir. Otherwise, we will spend time working on additional achievements, for the fun of it. We definitely have requirements to be cleared each week so we get those done for da phat lootz and then we have fun, taking on new challenges. We are close to being geared sufficiently to start Trial of the Grand Crusader and that is a high priority goal for us.
We use a dkp auction system. Every raiding member begins accruing dkp the day they join the first raid, and they are free to spend it as they wish. Of all the loot systems I've worked with, I'd say this tops them all. We don't have arguements over who should get what. As a result, we don't really have players hording dkp points.
The guild bank covers raid repairs and many gear enchants. We also stock many items commonly purchased on the Auction House (gems, flasks, etc). You can pick these up at reduced rates. We even supply the Fish Feast for most raid nights.
We are an adult guild and we come to raid prepared. You would be expected to do the same (flasks, food, and other necessary consumables) and to know the basic strategiess for the fights we are working on. All raiders are expected to do a little homework. We only raid 3 nights and we expect to get what we need to done.
