10 Man Raiding Guild
Hyjal-US : UTC - 8 hours (West Coast Server)

Raid Days / Times:
Tues/Fri/Sun 9:30pm - 12:30am SERVER.

Currently looking for additional raiders to go into mythic raiding with. Our goal is to potentially create a second 10 man raiding group by or before the next expansion.

The following is a link to the ideal setup for the second raid group.

We're looking to have every tank and healer class going into the next expansion with each of those people having and knowing how to DPS on their character. Of course, we will all have to re-learn our classes come WoD.

First things first...

BENCHING POLICY : All raid members must understands that if they do not perform well during raid they may be benched and another person may take their place momentarily or permanently. The length of time spent benched is ultimately determined by the way you handle yourself after being benched and the effort you put into becoming better at your class. Being benched is not a punishment. It is the gift of time, so please take that time to work on your class and feel free to ask for help. We do all that we can for benched individuals and we have brought benched individuals back into the core.

SITTING POLICY : All raid members must understand that some fights require certain roles to be filled by certain classes/specs. If you are asked to sit you WILL sit WITHOUT argument. <Anesidora> runs 10 man raiding groups that include 11+ people. If you are brought on as an addition to a core raid group, YOU ARE PART OF THAT CORE RAID GROUP AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN A SPOT IN THE CORE RAID GROUP. You may not raid every raid night. You may not raid at all. These things depend on YOU, YOUR SKILL AS A PLAYER, and the NEEDS OF CERTAIN FIGHTS.

If you have a problem with anything written above press and hold "Alt" and then "F4".
