Starting Raz prog. Looking for players who are interested in getting CE and willing to stick it out for the entire boss!

Cruel is currently recruiting all exceptional players for our core CE raid roster.

Raid Days: T/Th: 10:00 - 1:00 EST

We prioritize raid / life balance, so ensuring we end on time is just as imperative as our start time. Cruelty is the culmination of a decade's worth of raiding. I'm sure you have been in a guild that had a few shining stars, held down by others that may not have the same set of expectations. Cruelty aims to achieve these goals and recruit like-minded players. In other words, we're looking for those players who are worth investing time and resources into; those stars who desire to excel above their peers.

Leveraging a strong officer team with delegated responsibilities, we believe the most significant part of a successful guild is a strong foundation. Being deliberate with our goals and how we, as a guild and officer team, can invest in our raiders and the strategies that we employ during the raid. We pride ourselves on building a strong culture within the guild so we can still have fun while we're executing those more stressful mechanics and situations. You'll hear a lot of laughs on any given raid night, or as we're putting together M+ groups. However, we also understand when to put on a more serious face and lean into the efficiency that comes with seasoned players.
