“Farm Status” Guild

FARM STATUS

Officers: Tupakk, Gavisconcon, Vândâl

GENERAL INFO: Farm Status is a newly formed guild that is currently progressing into Heroic Firelands. We are currently 7/7 Normal mode and 1/7 Heroic mode. Normal modes are basically on farm while we are trying to progress into heroics.

RAID TIMES: 7pm-11pm (GMT -05:00) Though we sometimes end earlier if certain bosses are down or people have other commitments. We except everyone to come to raid on time and maintain at least an 80% attendance. If you can not make the raid for whatever reason send a tell to one of the 3 officers for the reason and tell us at least a day before raid time.

RAID GROUPS: There are currently 2 raid groups up and running. Group 1 is the core group and group 2 is the secondary group for less geared players and alts. Depending on your performance you will be put it into one of the two groups.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Having Ventrilo is a must, no ventrilo=no raid. You don't have to a microphone to raid but we expect you to at least be in vent to hear strats and raid configurations. Have a decent PC for raids, we don't want to wait on you because that will just waste everyone's time.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: As a raiding guild we require communication, respect, and preparation when coming to a raid. Failure to meet these requirements will result in either a guild kick or be put on bench. You will be criticized harshly for making a mistake that is easily avoidable. Take this as constructive criticism and not a personal insult.

LOOT RULES: Tokens are on a council system where 3 of our officers will distribute the tokens to players regardless of who wins the roll. Tanks and Healers are priority when it comes to gear over the dps. As usual, it is main spec > off spec then free roll. Living Embers are not for roll and will be sent directly to the guild bank then used for players who need gloves/boots crafted. Whining over loot will result in a kick from the raid and most likely a guild kick as well. Loot is fairly distributed to players who can use it efficiently not to players who just win rolls.
