“Leeching Thru Mechanics” Guild

About Us:
Leeching Thru Mechanics is a newly formed guild that was created at the end of BFA. We came from a small group of players that have come together from different guilds but have played together via mythic raid, mythic alt raids, mythic +, or past expansions. We consider ourselves semi-hardcore players who want to push mythic fast and get CE. Our raid lead and raiders have competed in the top 30 US guilds and played at the top level. We are looking to create this guild so that we can begin raiding in Shadowlands together. Please keep in mind while getting to know our guild that we are not a tight-knit group as it may seem. We are simply a group of dedicated players who can vouch for one another’s ability to perform in high-level content.

What you can expect from us:

We will always provide a competitive raiding environment where we will bring the top 20 players into mythic raid progression. All raid spots will be competitive (GM/Officers are not excluded from this). Although some classes will be necessary for the raid, we prefer to bring the player and not just the class while trying to keep the raid composition viable for progression.

Outside of raiding, you can expect the Officers to always give you their time when you need to talk with him/her about an issue or concern. We will always do our best to not just ditch a member and actually help a player’s performance whether it be rotational or mechanical issues. Members are very active in pushing M+ keys and willing to help others run keys for The Great Vault.

Schedule:
Leeching Thru Mechanics will be a Three-night raid guild and will raid for three hours each night.
Tuesday: 7:00pm-10:00pm (CST)
Wednesday: 7:00pm-10:00pm (CST)
Thursday: 7:00pm-10:00pm (CST)

What We’re Looking For:
Aside from needed roles, we are looking for players who put in a solid effort in making sure that they are competing at a competitive standard. We expect that all players are well informed about their current meta and potential upcoming metas for their class. As well as being informed we expect each player to always be looking to improve upon their own gameplay.

Tanks: We currently have one tank and are looking for another tank to fill the final role. Currently in the looks for a Brewmaster or Blood DK, but willing to take other specs given experience.
DPS: We currently are looking for RDPS and MDPS for this upcoming raid, spots will be competitive, we are accepting all roles.
Healer: We currently are looking for a Restro Sham, Disc Priest, Holy Paladin, we are willing to accept other healers given experience. Don’t feel afraid to apply regardless of your spec not being listed.
