“Mythic Garrison Raiders” Guild

Mythic Garrison Raiders is an Alliance Guild based in the US-Kel'thuzad server. We pride ourselves of being competent, and progressive raiders without crossing the line into hardcore. We are a mature group of indivduals (most of the time). Within our ranks you will experience a lot of laughter, teasing, and outlandish banter while remaining focused on progression.

Tues/Thurs 6:30 to 10:00 Server Time (CST)

Farm/Alt Raids:

Weds 6:30 to 10:00 Server Time (CST)

Guild Achievement Night:

Fri 6:30 to 10:00 Server Time (CST)

1. Stability
We will continue to build a stable roster of active players who enjoy raiding together. We will provide stable leadership that understands how incredibly difficult at times to maintain a stable roster. We will gather like-minded players who find value in accomplishing goals as a team.

2. Consistency
We will continue to apply the same consistent principles in fairness to the loot rules, policies about raid slots, the manner in which members are treated, and so on. Consistency in raid schedule and our ability to raid week in and week out will be our first priority and commitment .

3. Achievement
Raid progression and celebrating guild-first victories within the casual raiding community. Nothing about raiding is a given.

4. Accountability
Any team effort calls for personal accountability. We seek to create an environment where players feel comfortable admitting errors and asking for help to avoid them. Studying the fights on your own time but learning the fights together on raid night . Accountability applies to the basics: showing up to the raid on time and prepared or communicating an absence in advance when you are expected.

5. Efficiency Time
Time is a precious commodity, we will make every effort not to waste it. If our raids are supposed to begin at 6:30 then first pull at 6:30. Raid time is a resource -- we try no to squander it without a good reason. We try to be efficient but also understanding when there are computer issues or real life pulls one of our team members away from the keyboard. As a guild we value everyone's time.

6. Leadership

We have a true leadership team that has been tested over time. We trust our members and don't believe in the concept, "do what I say not what I do", we lead by example to maintain a properly functioning guild and raid. We offer true leadership, motivating our players to excel, mediating arguments if they arise, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of our team members, and communicating effectively with our team.

We are looking for any active casual and semi-hardcore players.
