“Diagnosis” Guild

Quite a few of us took a long break once MoP was released due to no longer enjoying the game. Now that Warlords of Draenor is released and in full swing, we're back at it and raiding again.
Currently we're building our roster to fill our core 20 man raid team as well as members for fill-in postions. We're focusing on Heroic Progression at the moment but would like to transition to Mythic Progression as soon as we have the players.

We only raid 3 nights a week, so we're looking for competant players who know the class they're playing as well as are able to make all 3 nights. If you're still interested in raiding with us, even if you can't make all 3 nights, feel free to still apply as you may be given a fill-in spot.

We're not looking for drama, or elitist. We're looking for good, quality players that have the drive and motivation to raid.

Raid Times:
Tuesday: 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST (7:00 PM - 10:30 PM ST)
Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST (7:00 PM - 10:30 PM ST)
Thursday: 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST (7:00 PM - 10:30 PM ST)

Invites go out at 7:45 PM EST (6:45 PM ST)

What We Expect From You:
Knowledge of the class you're playing. (We're not here to tell you how to play your class, but if you can't pull competitive numbers you will be benched.)
Previous experience in Heroic Raiding.
645+ iLvl (Yes, gear doesn't mean much for DPS with the way stats are scaling, but if you can put in the time to gear your character for raid, we can't put in the time to bring you into our raid.)
Thick Skin. If you're bad, we'll let you know.
90% attendance (100% during Trial period) We're not looking for many benches, we need Core players who can be on almost 100% of the time.
