~:Raiding Schedule:~
We are located on the Magtheridon server (PVP/EST). We currently raid at most 5 days a week, although lately we've been able to clear full ulduar hardmodes + normal and harmode TotC in 2 days. Our raiding schedule is as follows (all times EST):
Sunday: 8:00pm-12am
Monday: 8:00pm-12am
Tuesday: 8:00pm-12am
Wednesday: 8:00pm-12am
Thursday: 8:00pm-12am
Friday/Saturday: Off nights! Alt 25 mans are on Saturday evenings.
Before posting:
*Attendance: We expect you to be online and ready at 7:30 with ALL necessary consumables required that evening. If you have some real-life obligations or circumstances that would inhibit your ability to raid with this schedule or will in the near future DO NOT APPLY. We run a tight roster and can?t afford to recruit unreliable people. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT COMMIT.
*Connection: We need our members to have stable connections and systems. That means you are not disconnecting during raids or having your computer die. IF YOUR COMPUTER AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE NOT RELIABLE AT LEAST 95% OF THE TIME, DO NOT BOTHER.
*Gear / Spec: you must have your gear fully gemmed, enchanted, and have the proper glyphs. Your spec must be for PVE. Your gear and spec tells us almost everything about your knowledge of your class, general theorycraft, and willingness to put a lot of effort into your character.
*Raid Experience: It is neither our job nor our desire to teach you how to raid. The more experience you have with end-game raiding the better. At this point, ideally, we would like to have people who have gone through the majority of the Wrath Heroic Content and the corresponding modes.
*Class Knowledge: You will be expected to display superb knowledge of your class, that you know how to optimize your character's performance across a variety of encounter types, and prove you've researched boss mechanics and strategies. We want to know that you possess an understanding of raid dynamics beyond your personal responsibilities.
