About Us & Goals:
We are a 20+ (but mostly 25-30 aged) guild comprised of high achieving raiders, pvpers, and M+ players. Many of our foundational members at one expansion or another have boasted orange logs, top server achievements, and cutting-edge titles. We have come together with the common goal of getting cutting edge each tier in Shadowlands, while having a good time. Raiding consumes a lot of time each week, and no one enjoys spending that time inside of a toxic environment. As a result, we pride ourselves in being a part of a fun, but results driven guild.

What to Expect from Us:
A competitive, organized, and efficient raiding environment. While we like to have a good time, we only raid two days a week for a net 5 hours. That means that we’ll be focused, efficient, and prepared when it comes to raiding. We will provide our fight strategies in advance, and all of the tools you need to be successful in achieving Cutting Edge.

Bench Explanation:

Maintaining a larger than 20 roster is foundational for progressing through a raid each week. Everyone has their life, and we expect issues to come up. As a result, we are recruiting for “bench” positions. Are you an excellent player but can’t always commit to raid nights? Are you a high-end PVPer that might only want a few bosses each tier? These are the ideal situations for our bench positions where you can’t find a good home for PVE progression, but you are a stand-out player. Each of our bench players that are consistent, we will help meet their personal goals with the raid as we progress. Ex. After we get cutting edge, we will rotate in bench to get their achievement. Once we have a boss on farm, we’ll rotate in that PVPer to try and get them that piece of loot.

What We Offer:

A constructive raid environment. Every core raider is happy to assist with log review and fight analysis to help you improve.
Extremely organized leadership with no BS communication.
Optional off-night events. While we only will be Mythic raiding during those two nights, our guild is full of players who will be playing way more than 2 nights a week. We will be doing M+, Heroic, and normal runs with ALT rotations. We also play a ton of other games as a group as well (fall guys, among us, hearthstone, etc)

Our Expectations:

High attendance (95%+) if you are a core raider.
You show up on time & prepared.
Intimate knowledge of your class, spec, and role. We expect everyone in our raid roster to be doing their own research on how to improve.
Passionate with a mature attitude.
Willingness to work collaboratively and promote a culture of continuous self-improvement
