Hello! More about us below this, but first let me introduce myself. My names Aezlea I'm the GM of Godly and current RL we are looking for more dedicated raiders to join us in heroic content. We have normal EN on farm and we are pushing heroic. We know mechanics and are all friends in this guild we are lacking a full raid team and this is causing our progression to slow down, if you think you can be a important member of our community please continue reading on!

About Us
Godly is a laid back semi-hardcore raiding guild that started raiding as a group in Legion on a casual 6 Hours a week schedule. We are a group of players and like-minded individuals that enjoy each other's company while raiding together. With that in mind, we get serious when it's time to kill bosses and we like to make progression, if we notice we aren't making progression we slow down and take a step back to figure out what it is we are doing wrong and how to fix it, We need players who are able to see and make changes and also are positive but also opinionated on raid fights and strategies.


We raid two nights a week for just three hours each night, and because of our "short" raiding schedule we hold our members to incredibly high standards. We always focus on having a good time, but at the same time we fully expect mistakes to be limited in both number and repetition. The majority of our members play other games outside of World of Warcraft, utilizing team-play and strategy to overcome all opponents.

This isn't just a guild of people raiding together online; it's a guild built on friendships made while enjoying a game we all play. Our members tend to be overly friendly, and so anyone joining should know that jesting should be taken lightly.

With that said, our goals are the same as before - get good progression ranks and enjoy playing the game with solid raiders on a more laid back schedule.



Raid Times & Expectations
Our main heroic raid nights are Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm to 11pm (EST). Raid invites go out fifteen minutes before raid. Players should be online and ready to zone in and start clearing trash at this time. This means you should have your coins for bonus loot, flasks, potions, food, spec, and knowledge of the encounters we'll be facing that night.

Alt Raid Nights - Monday 8pm-11pm (EST) - Non mandatory normal clears for peoples alts. This is a first come first serve raid! If you're logged on when I send out invites your welcome to joins us. We expect an appropriate knowledge of the fights and up to par item levels for the difficulty depending on the raid.


This leads me into the next area of discussion. The guild expects three primary things from you, as a raider. These are:

Individual Knowledge: Know your class inside-out, and showcase that knowledge via performance. Study, understand and analyze boss encounters. We seek players who quickly grasp the bigger picture of an encounter rather than just memorize the necessary steps to succeed.

Performance: Go above and beyond. Perform in situations where others are counting on you to do your job while maintain a can-do attitude in the face of criticism and wipes. When you make a mistake and it's brought to your attention, we expect you to accept it and move on, but more importantly, fix it.

Socializing: Have a good sense a humor. A microphone is required to join, so you might as well use it once in awhile. We aren't looking for people who raid log without saying a single word to us. This is a community, and you need to be apart of it if you wish to stick around.
